About the Role

We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications. You will be responsible for building scalable front-end and back-end solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, experiment, and deliver clean, efficient, and reusable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build responsive, high-performance UI components and RESTful APIs.
• Integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack.
• Participate in code reviews and sprint planning.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js.
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Mongoose.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind or Bootstrap.
• Basic cloud deployment knowledge (AWS, Azure, Vercel).
• Experience with unit testing (Jest, Mocha).
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to TypeScript and Next.js.
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of microservices or serverless architectures.
• Experience with payment gateways or third-party APIs.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–4 years of hands-on MERN stack development experience.
