📌 Job Description – MERN Stack Trainee

🔷 Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Trainee with basic knowledge of React and Angular who is eager to build modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a natural inclination toward “vibe coding” — the ability to experiment, learn quickly, and build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

🔷 Key Responsibilities

💻 Frontend Development

Assist in building responsive web interfaces using React.js and/or Angular
Work with reusable UI components and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Ensure basic UI/UX best practices in applications

⚙️ Backend Development

Support development of backend services using Node.js and Express.js
Work with REST APIs and understand request/response cycles
Assist in integrating frontend with backend services

🗄️ Database & Integration

Work with MongoDB for basic CRUD operations
Help in designing simple data schemas
Participate in debugging and improving application performance

🤝 Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with developers, designers, and mentors
Clearly communicate progress, ideas, and issues
Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions

🚀 Learning & Growth

Learn full-stack development best practices
Explore new tools, libraries, and frameworks
Contribute to internal or live projects under guidance

🔷 Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / related field

✅ Technical Skills

Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Familiarity with React.js and/or Angular (basic level)
Basic knowledge of Node.js and Express.js
Understanding of MongoDB or any database (fundamentals)

✅ Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to explain ideas clearly
Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset

🔷 Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Hands-on experience with small projects or internships
Understanding of Git/GitHub
Basic knowledge of REST APIs
Interest in UI/UX design and frontend creativity
Familiarity with tools like VS Code, Postman
